Grumpy's Retreat is located on the prestigious Highlands Reserve community, a quiet and secluded estate, off of the US-27. Our home is on a large, open plan plot, facing the 10th fairway of the Highlands Reserve golf course and is within a 15 minutes of Walt Disney World Resort. The community has lots of community activities including a children's play area, community pool, tennis courts, putting green, clubhouse and driving range all with a few minutes walk from our front door. Grumpy's Retreat has lots to offer, we have just installed flat-screen HD TVs in all the bedrooms (with a larger TV soon to be installed in the lounge) including DVD players in every room, premium cable TV package (inc. Golf and Live UK Premiership Football), cable in all rooms, large private, screened pool Deck with a heated* pool and free High Speed Internet (all you need is your laptop!). Highlands Reserve is on the US-27 and is just south of the US-192, which provides easy access to Disney World and as we're only 4 miles from the I-4, you have ease of access to all of Orlando's other attractions and shopping malls.

On the estate itself, there are rows-upon-rows of citrus and pine trees giving the air a light, fresh fragrance which make walks in the evening a pleasure and the area is also very quiet which also adds to the tranquil atmosphere.

As our home is privately owned, we have made our "house a home". We have added furniture and home comforts that we feel will make our guests feel like they are in a "home away from home".
