Villa Description and Other Information

Our luxury, 5 bedroom home is situated on the quiet and secluded Highlands Reserve golfing community in Davenport, Florida, USA. The estate is built around the championship, 18 hole, par 72, golf course. The community also has its own public pool, tennis courts, children's play area and is surrounded by orange groves and pine trees which make evening strolls as the sun sets a pleasure.

Located on US-Highway 27, only five miles from the Interstate-4 (Exit 55) and three miles from the US-Highway 192, our villa is the perfectly located for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Studios, Universal's Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld and Orlando's many other theme parks are only a short drive away and with the excellent road systems in Florida, the Gulf Coast and its beaches can be reached within 90 minutes!

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is only 30 minutes drive from Highlands Reserve, while Sanford International (SFB) is approximately 50 minutes away.

Within quarter of a mile from our home, you will reach the Berry Town Center. Here you will find a Publix supermarket, Applebee's Bar & Grill, SunTrust Bank and various other small shops.

Follow the US-Highway 27 North of Grumpy's Retreat and you will find a 24-Hour Wal-Mart Supercenter, various fast-food restaurants and a petrol (gas) station.

On the US-Highway 192 East (follow the US-Highway 27 North to US-Highway 192 East exit), you will find various fast-food restaurants, sit-down restaurants, gift shops and other small shops. Following the US-Highway 192 East is also the fastest route to Walt Disney World from our house.

To get to other Orlando attractions, follow the US-Highway 27 North, merge onto US-Highway 192 East until you see the exit for the I-4 (East). Take this exit and this will then take you towards International Drive, Universal Studios (I-4 East - Exit 75A), Islands Of Adventure (I-4 East - Exit 75A), SeaWorld (I-4 East - Exit 71) and Aquatica (I-4 East - Exit 71).

Take the Interstate-4 East (I-4 East) Exit 68 for the Orlando Premium Outlets Mall, Exit 78 for Mall At Millenia and Exit 75A for Prime Outlets International Mall.
