Rooms

Master Bedroom #1

The first master bedroom has a Queen size bed, bedside cabinets, lamps & clock/radio. There is cable TV, DVD player and telephone. This bedroom leads off to a Hollywood Style En-Suite bathroom with double sink vanity unit, hairdryer, bath, separate walk-in shower and WC. There is also a separate walk-in wardrobe (closet) which would accommodate any amount of those "essential" holiday clothes. On the landing there is a fully stocked airing cupboard with bath towels, face cloths and beach towels for use around the pool.

Master Bedroom #2

The second master bedroom has a double bed, HDTV, cable, clock/radio and portable CD player. The room has chest of drawers and a walk-in wardrobe. The room is adjacent to the second full bathroom.

Twin Rooms

There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st Floor and 1 on the Ground Floor. 2 of these bedrooms are decorated with either Spider-Man or TinkerBell. Every room has access to cable TV as well as either clock/radio, portable CD player or iPod Docking Station. The 2 upstairs rooms both have walk-in wardrobes and the ground floor room has free standing furniture.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate up to 12 people. There is a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, tea and coffee making facilities, American-style Fridge/Freezer and toaster. There are ample glasses, cutlery and crockery to ensure your family meals are fully catered for. In addition to the main dining area, there is also a breakfast nook which seats 6 people and overlooks the pool area. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron available for your use.

Lounge

The house benefits from 2 separate sitting and dining areas, a formal room at the front of the house and a more relaxed family room at the rear.

 Front Living Room

The front living room is tastefully decorated and has two three-seater sofas, a coffee table and a dining table which seats 6.

 Rear Family Area

The rear family area is much more informal and adjoins to the kitchen. The family room has everything you would need for a fun night in together. TV with several cable channels inc. Disney Channel for the kids. DVD and Video players with a selection of films to choose from, PS2 with loads of games and a variety of Board games.

Pool Area

Our large pool and sun terrace overlooks the 10th Fairway of the golf course. The pool deck has the sun all day long and is surrounded by pine trees. There are a number of sun loungers, small tables and a patio set for you to be able to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. There is a covered area, so during the height of the midday sun you can keep cool. There is also a selection of pool flotation devices and toys for the children (and big kids) to enjoy. About 100 meters from the house there is also a larger community pool which is available for the residents use. Please note that during the winter months (ie, October to March) it is recommended that you have the pool heated – there is a small weekly charge for this. Please see Rates for more information.
